Community Guidelines
PezaniWanu is built for respectful, honest and safe connections. These guidelines explain how we expect members to treat each other and what behaviour does not belong here.
Authenticity
Your profile should genuinely represent you. Use your own identity and photographs that accurately represent you.
Do not impersonate another person, use stolen photographs, deliberately misrepresent your age or create deceptive profiles.
Intentions & Expectations
People use PezaniWanu for different kinds of genuine connections. Be honest about your intentions and do not deliberately mislead someone about why you are talking to them.
Consent & Boundaries
A like, match or conversation is not permission to ignore another person's boundaries.
Respect someone's decision to decline a request, stop replying, unmatch or block you. Do not pressure anyone for photographs, sex, money, personal information, phone numbers or meetings.
Harassment & Threats
Do not bully, intimidate, stalk, humiliate, threaten or repeatedly contact someone who has made it clear they do not want contact.
Do not threaten to reveal someone's private information, photographs, conversations or identity.
Scams & Financial Exploitation
Do not use PezaniWanu to deceive, manipulate or pressure another member into sending money or providing financial information.
Do not invent emergencies, relationships, business opportunities or other stories to obtain money, banking information, passwords, PINs or verification codes.
Sexual Misconduct
Sexual activity or intimate content must never involve threats, coercion, blackmail, exploitation or pressure.
Never share another person's intimate photographs or videos without their permission.
Age Restrictions
PezaniWanu is strictly for people aged 18 and older. Minors may not create accounts or participate in adult dating conversations on PezaniWanu.
If you believe a member is under 18, stop the interaction and report the account.
Child Safety
Never groom, sexualize, manipulate, exploit or solicit a minor. Never request, upload, send, store through the service or distribute sexual content involving anyone under 18.
Report suspected child exploitation immediately. Serious child safety concerns may also need to be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Privacy
Do not publish another person's phone number, home address, workplace details, private photographs or other sensitive information without permission.
Information someone shares with you privately should not become public simply because a conversation or relationship ends badly.
Spam & Unwanted Contact
Do not use PezaniWanu primarily to advertise products, send repetitive promotional messages, recruit people into schemes or flood members with unwanted messages.
Platform Integrity
Do not scrape profiles, automate abusive activity, create fake engagement, interfere with security controls or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Blocking & Ended Connections
If someone blocks you, do not create another account or use another person's account to contact them.
A member may choose to block or end communication at any time. That decision should be respected without retaliation or attempts to re-establish unwanted contact.
Responsible Reporting
Report behaviour that genuinely concerns you or appears to break these guidelines. Give enough information to help us understand what happened.
Do not knowingly submit false reports simply to punish someone after an argument, rejection or breakup.
Enforcement
Depending on what happened, PezaniWanu may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend an account or permanently remove access to the platform.
Serious threats, exploitation, fraud, child-safety concerns or repeated abuse may require stronger action.
Report a Concern
Use the Report option available on the relevant profile or conversation whenever possible.
