Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a PezaniWanu account.

You must use accurate information about yourself and must not pretend to be another person.

If we have a reasonable concern about your age or identity, we may ask for additional verification or temporarily restrict the account while the concern is reviewed.

Accounts & Security

Keep your password and account access private. Do not sell, transfer, lend or give your account to another person.

If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and contact security@pezaniwanu.com.

Our Service

PezaniWanu helps adults discover people, express interest, create matches and communicate using the features available to their accounts.

A match is created when there is mutual interest — you like someone and they like you back.

We cannot promise that someone will like you back, reply to you, meet you, start a relationship with you or behave in the way you expect. Members make their own decisions about who they connect with.

Authenticity

Your profile should represent you honestly. Do not impersonate someone, use another person's photographs as your own, lie about your age or create an account intended to deceive other members.

You may update ordinary profile information as your life or preferences change, subject to any restrictions PezaniWanu uses to protect account integrity.

Consent & Boundaries

A match or conversation does not create an obligation for another member to reply, share personal information, meet in person or continue a connection.

Respect another member's decision to decline a request, stop replying, unmatch or block you. Do not retaliate, create new accounts to continue unwanted contact or pressure someone into continuing an interaction they have chosen to end.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use PezaniWanu to:

• harass, stalk, threaten, bully or intimidate another person;
• commit fraud, impersonation, romance scams or financial exploitation;
• pressure members into sending money;
• share someone's private or intimate content without permission;
• blackmail or threaten to expose another person;
• engage in sexual exploitation, coercion or trafficking;
• groom, exploit or sexualize a minor;
• share sexual content involving anyone under 18;
• send spam or use accounts primarily for advertising;
• scrape profiles or collect member information through unauthorized automation;
• interfere with PezaniWanu's security or technical systems;
• create another account to avoid a suspension or ban.

Member Content

Only upload content you are allowed to use. Do not upload stolen photographs, intimate content shared without permission, illegal content or material intended to deceive or harm another person.

By uploading profile content, you allow PezaniWanu to display and process that content as needed to provide the service. You still remain responsible for what you upload.

Reporting & Moderation

Members can report behaviour that appears unsafe or breaks PezaniWanu's rules.

A report does not automatically mean the reported person has done something wrong. We may review the available information before deciding what action is appropriate.

Depending on the situation, we may warn a member, limit account features, temporarily suspend an account or permanently remove access to PezaniWanu.

Blocking

Members are free to block other members. Do not attempt to work around a block by creating another account, using someone else's account or repeatedly contacting the person somewhere else.

Verification

Verification is an additional trust signal. It does not mean PezaniWanu guarantees that a person is honest, safe, compatible with you or trustworthy in every situation.

Continue to make your own safety decisions when communicating with or meeting another member.

Plans & Features

PezaniWanu offers Free, Plus and Pro plans. The features and current price of a paid plan are shown before you complete a purchase.

Some features may be limited by plan. PezaniWanu may improve, replace or change features as the service develops.

Payments & Refunds

Before paying, review the plan, price and billing information shown during checkout.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase.

Renewals and one-time paid features that have already been used are normally not refundable, except where a payment was made in error or a refund is otherwise required.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, do not pay again. Contact billing@pezaniwanu.com with your account email and payment reference.

Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend or remove an account when we reasonably believe it is being used to harm people, break these rules, commit fraud, evade previous enforcement or put the platform at risk.

Serious safety issues may require immediate action before every detail has been reviewed.

If you believe an enforcement decision was made incorrectly, you can contact appeals@pezaniwanu.com.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from Profile → Edit Profile → Account controls.

Once deletion takes effect, the account is no longer active and you should no longer be able to sign in using that deleted account.

Deleting an account does not erase a suspension, ban, safety investigation or enforcement history where PezaniWanu still needs that information to protect members or prevent repeated abuse.

You may not delete an account and create another account for the purpose of avoiding a restriction or ban.

Offline Meetings

PezaniWanu introduces people online. We do not control what happens when members communicate outside the platform or meet in person.

Take time to know someone, meet in a public place, arrange your own transport when possible and tell someone you trust where you are going.

If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or someone nearby who can help.

Service Changes

We may improve, replace, add or remove features as PezaniWanu develops. Maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our control may also occasionally make part of the service unavailable.

Disputes

If you have a problem with PezaniWanu, contact us first so we have an opportunity to understand and resolve it.

PezaniWanu operates from Malawi. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malawi, while respecting rights that may apply to you under the laws where you live.
