How can we help?
Find straightforward answers about your PezaniWanu account, profile, matches, messages, safety, privacy and payments.
Account & Sign-In
How do I create an account?
Select Create account and follow the registration steps. Use accurate information about yourself. PezaniWanu is strictly for people aged 18 or older.
I didn't receive my verification email
Check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure the email address you entered is correct, then request another verification email.
I forgot my password
Select Forgot Password on the sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
I think someone accessed my account
Change your password immediately. If you still have concerns, contact security@pezaniwanu.com. Never send anyone your password or verification code.
Profile & Discovery
How do I edit my profile?
Open Profile → Edit Profile, update your information and select Save Changes.
How do I manage my photos?
Open Profile → Edit Profile → Manage Photos. From there you can manage the photos available to your profile, subject to the limits of your plan.
How do I change who I am looking for?
Open Profile → Edit Profile → Discovery preferences and review the available age, interest and location preferences.
Why am I not seeing a particular person in Discover?
Discover depends on account eligibility, your preferences, their preferences, previous likes or passes, blocks and other discovery rules. Blocking also removes people from each other's normal discovery experience.
What does a verified badge mean?
It means the member completed the verification shown on their account. Verification adds useful context, but it does not guarantee someone's intentions or behaviour.
Likes, Matches & Messages
How do matches work?
A match is created when there is mutual interest — you like someone and they like you back.
Does liking someone automatically create a match?
No. Your like shows your interest. A match is created when the interest becomes mutual.
How do conversation requests work?
Where a conversation request is required, messaging becomes available after the other member accepts the request.
What if someone does not reply?
Members decide whether they want to respond or continue a conversation. If someone does not reply, declines a connection, unmatches or blocks you, respect their decision.
Blocking & Reporting
How do I block someone?
Use the Block option available from the member's profile or supported interaction area. You can review blocked accounts under Profile → Edit Profile → Blocked people.
How do I report someone?
Use Report on the relevant profile or conversation and choose the reason that best describes the problem. Add useful details so the safety team can understand what happened.
Will the person know I reported them?
PezaniWanu does not normally tell a member who submitted a report against them.
Someone asked me for money. What should I do?
Do not send money. Do not share banking information, passwords, PINs or verification codes. Block and report the account.
What if I think someone is under 18?
Stop the interaction and report the account immediately. PezaniWanu is strictly for adults aged 18 and older.
Plans & Payments
What plans are available?
PezaniWanu offers Free, Plus and Pro. Open Plans to compare the current features and prices available to you.
How do I upgrade?
Open Plans, choose the plan you want and follow the payment steps. Paid features become available after your payment has been confirmed.
I paid but my plan did not update. What should I do?
Do not make another payment. Contact billing@pezaniwanu.com and include your account email, payment reference, amount and payment date.
Can I request a refund?
You may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase. Renewals and one-time features that have already been used are normally not refundable.
I was charged incorrectly. What should I do?
Contact billing@pezaniwanu.com with your payment reference and account email. Never send your PIN, password or full banking credentials.
Privacy
How do I change my information?
Open Profile → Edit Profile to change information that can be edited directly.
Does PezaniWanu show my home address?
Your exact home address is not intended to appear on your dating profile. Do not put your home address in your bio, prompts or photographs.
How do I make a privacy request?
Contact privacy@pezaniwanu.com and explain what you need help with.
Account Deletion
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Edit Profile → Account controls and follow the account deletion process.
Can I sign back into a deleted account?
No. Once permanent deletion takes effect, that account is no longer active and its previous credentials should no longer provide access to it.
Does deletion erase absolutely everything?
Not always. Ordinary information that is no longer needed can be deleted or de-identified, but PezaniWanu may keep limited safety, moderation, fraud, payment or enforcement records when they are still needed.
Why would PezaniWanu keep safety records after deletion?
Account deletion should not allow someone to erase a history of serious abuse and immediately return as if nothing happened. Limited records may therefore be kept to investigate reports, recognize repeated abuse, enforce bans and protect members.
Can I delete a banned account and create another one?
No. Deleting an account does not cancel a suspension or ban. Creating another account to avoid an enforcement decision is not allowed.
Safety
Should I send money to someone I met here?
No. Be especially careful if someone creates an emergency or pressures you to act quickly.
Is a verified member automatically safe?
No. Verification is useful information, but it cannot guarantee someone's intentions or future behaviour.
What should I do before meeting someone?
Take time to know them, meet in a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going and arrange your own transport when possible.
What should I do in an emergency?
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or someone nearby who can help. PezaniWanu is not an emergency-response service.
